We are able to accept Switch Delta, Mastercard and Visa cards, by post, telephone and at the door.

By post:

Please include full details with payment. Cheques and postal orders are accepted; Please enclose a stamped, self-addressed envelope with each booking. Otherwise tickets will be held for you at the door.

By telephone:

The Box Office telephone is manned on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 9am and 3pm, in the TERM TIME ONLY. Otherwise there is a 24hr answer service and messages will be dealt with as soon as possible. Reservations can be made by telephone. Payment can be made in advance with Switch, Delta, Mastercard or Visa. Tickets can be sent out in advance or collected on the door. If a reservation is made without payment, we reserve the right to sell any uncollected tickets.

Concessions:

Discounts will be offered to paid up members of BAC for the rest of this academic year. Other discounts maybe available for over 60's, registered unemployed, disabled, full-time students and children. Please ask the Box Office for details.

Latecomers:

Those who arrive late for.the performance will not be seated until a suitable break.

Refunds:

We do not refund money for tickets except in extreme circumstances, and although we will endeavour to re-sell your tickets for you we cannot guarantee to do so.

Refreshments:

There is a licensed bar open before and during the interval of each performance. Ice creams are available in the interval, for most performances.
