Maths outside the classroom

There are plenty of opportunities for pupils to explore mathematics outside the classroom with many pupils choosing to take part in national challenges, including the National Cipher Challenge, UKMT’s Senior and Intermediate Maths Challenges and the British Maths Olympiad. Take Maths Further, a one-day conference for pupils in C, and the Problem Solving Day for sixth form pupils, are also popular events during the school year.
