Old Bryanstonian Kate Royal delivers Singing Masterclass to pupils

With a highly successful career in opera, concert and recording, Kate is an internationally acclaimed singer. Ten pupils from across the year groups were involved in the Masterclass. They sang a folk or traditional unaccompanied song and Kate then worked with them to help develop their performance skills.

Head of Singing Amy Dickinson commented: “It was amazing to see the progress all the young singers made in such a short space of time. The experience was both inspiring and moving for pupils and staff. We very much hope that Kate will return to Bryanston in the spring to give another masterclass.”
