England Rugby International Performance Coaches visit Bryanston

We were delighted to welcome Russell Earnshaw and Peter Walton, England Rugby International Performance Coaches, to give a recent CPD session to Bryanston rugby staff.
Russell and Peter outlined their coaching philosophy, the player behaviour they look for and ways for coaches to help develop players.
They went on to explain why the RFU is much more interested in the longitudinal development of young players rather than whether or not a team wins a specific match each weekend.
They chose Bryanston as the venue to run their post-Level 3 coaching course for all recently qualified Level 3 coaches in the South West.
