Pupils join in with 'Inside Out Day' as part of Children's Mental Health Week

As part of Children’s Mental Health Week (1-7 February), we encouraged pupils, parents and staff to join in with ‘Inside Out Day’ on Wednesday 3 February.

‘Inside Out Day’ is a nationwide mental health awareness campaign designed to encourage us to always be kind, as you never know how someone is feeling inside. We asked the wider Bryanston community to wear an item of clothing inside out as a way of making us all stop and think, and to get important conversations started.

We also asked pupils to see if they could move their ‘workstation’, wrap up warm and move outside for a lesson. Pupils, parents and members of staff shared their best efforts for ‘Inside Out Day’ with us and here’s a handful of photos from the day.
